A Net Loss of €0.7 Million, Compared with €1.2 Million a Year Earlier
The Board of Directors, meeting on October 30, 2026, approved the company's half-year statutory accounts as of June 30, 2026. These accounts have not been reviewed by the company's statutory auditor.
The press release reports operating income of nearly €77 thousand, up compared with 2025, which stems from a reversal of provisions. The company states that its EBITDA, which it equates with gross operating surplus (excédent brut d'exploitation), increased over the half-year.
Operating income also improved, a development attributable in particular to lower allocations to provisions. In total, the net result came to -€0.7 million, compared with -€1.2 million at the end of June 2025. According to the press release, the latter figure included a high financial result linked to debt waivers granted in favor of Adomos.
A Restructuring Launched in October 2024 and a Continuation Plan Adopted
These accounts are part of the reorganization carried out since October 2024, which resulted in a cost reduction plan. This restructuring, finalized during the first quarter of 2025, continued on November 13 with the adoption by the Paris Economic Activities Court (TAE) of the continuation plan presented by the company.
Since then, Adomos has undertaken a pivot of its activities toward customer knowledge and data marketing. This change of model was accompanied by the acquisition of SLS Data, a company active in data management, digital marketing and database exploitation. SLS Data is not consolidated.
The press release specifies that the second half of the year will be lightened by at least €300 thousand in expenses included in the first part of the financial year. The company thus presents the first half of 2026 as the period carrying the latest restructuring measures.
The “LeaderLead” Platform at the Heart of the Second Half
For the end of the financial year, management indicates that the improvement in results observed in the first half will continue. The second half is expected to see the ramp-up of the “LeaderLead” web platform, intended to sell directly the sales prospects generated by Adomos, and eventually those generated by other publishers.
According to the company, blockchain technology enables it to achieve a high level of compliance with the GDPR, and the prospects offered will be exclusive. In its publication of July 27, 2026, the group had highlighted a proprietary database of more than 40 million certified profiles.
The press release sets out two figures for the rest of the financial year: a half-year net loss reduced from €1.2 million to €0.7 million, and a second half lightened by at least €300 thousand in expenses.
