Emmanuel Walliser Resigns for Personal Reasons
Agripower France announced on September 21, 2026 a change in the composition of its Board of Directors. Emmanuel Walliser informed the Board on September 16 of his decision to resign from his position as independent director for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors acknowledged this decision and thanked him for his commitment and contribution to the Board's work as well as to the Company's strategic pivot.
Search for an Independent Director for Four Board Members
The group has initiated a search for a new independent director, with the intention of maintaining a Board composed of four directors, three of whom are independent.
