In a press release published on October 14, 2026, Amundi's real estate subsidiary announced the sale, on behalf of managed funds, of an office complex in Nice comprising 10,577 m². The transaction closed on September 30, 2026.
A Complex of Three Buildings Occupied by More Than 70%
Delivered in 2015, The Crown complex consists of three office buildings certified HQE and compliant with RT 2012 standards, complemented by 441 parking spaces. It is located at 21 Avenue Simone Veil, in the heart of the Nice Méridia district, close to the Campus Sud des Métiers. According to the press release, the building is currently occupied by more than 70%. It notably welcomes EDF, IBM, Grant Thornton, Spada, and Vulog.
Acquisition Approved in July, Finalized at End of September
The acquisition was approved by the general meeting of CCI Nice Côte d'Azur on July 6, 2026, before being finalized on September 30, 2026. The seller consists of funds managed by Amundi Immobilier, and not the company itself. Both parties were assisted by the Locopro Entreprises firm. The 14 Pyramides Notaires Office represented the seller, the Excen Nice Office represented the buyer. Elie Pary, senior consultant for office space at Locopro Entreprises, indicated that he has been accompanying "the CCI Nice Côte d'Azur for several months in the expansion of its training facility, at the heart of the Éco-vallée".
A Disposal in Line with Active Fund Management
Hubert Joachim, director of investments and asset management at Amundi Immobilier, presented the transaction as part of "active and dynamic management of managed funds". According to him, the sale "confirms investor appetite for quality assets, well located, within major regional metropolitan areas". Amundi Immobilier is Amundi's subsidiary dedicated to real estate asset management, focused on the European market. The Amundi group, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole listed on the stock exchange, indicates it manages nearly 2,600 billion euros in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
