Argan expands Celio's logistics platform in Oise by 12,000 m²
The logistics real estate company has formalized the expansion of the platform operated by Celio in Oise, an operation that illustrates its development model centered on the needs of its tenant clients.
Argan inaugurated the extension of Celio's logistics site in Amblainville (60), a few months after its completion in May 2026. Already enlarged in 2017, the site benefits from an additional 12,000 m², bringing its total area to 55,000 m². Operational since 2012, the platform serves as Celio's central logistics hub in Europe, in immediate proximity to the A16 motorway and at the gates of the Île-de-France region.
The site is now labeled AutOnom and includes a 400 kWc photovoltaic plant dedicated to self-consumption, 250 kWh of battery storage capacity and heat pumps replacing gas equipment. According to the company, these measures reduce the site's CO₂ emissions by a factor of four, extension included.
