The sole shareholder of the Madrid-based Socimi, HEREF V Sub Holding S.à r.l., approved this distribution on 29 October 2026, covering 5,000,187 shares entitled to the payment.
A payment charged to contributions, paid on 5 November
The amount is charged to account 118, "Other contributions from members". Drawn from a contributions account, it is analysed as a refund of contributions, although the table in the press release describes it as a gross dividend.
The gross amount stands at 0.038998541 euro per share. No withholding tax is applied, and the net amount is therefore identical.
The last cum-entitlement trading day is set for 2 November 2026, the ex-date for 3 November and the record date for 4 November. Payment will be made on 5 November 2026 through Uptevia OST Centralisées, paying agent, via the facilities made available by Euroclear to its participating entities.
