Aton repays its ORA from Iris Capital: the share continues balance sheet cleanup
Aton Group, listed on Euronext Growth Paris and active in life sciences and medical technologies, announced that it has proceeded with the full repayment of convertible bonds (ORA) issued as part of its financing line subscribed with Iris Capital. This operation is part of the management of its financial resources and the structuring of its financing.
A financing line established in 2021 with Iris Capital
Aton proceeded, on August 24, 2026, with the full repayment of convertible bonds (ORA) in circulation, issued as part of its financing line subscribed with Iris Capital and established in 2021.
According to the Group, this line made it possible to mobilize approximately 11 million euros out of a maximum contractual capacity of 50 million euros, in support of the Group's restructuring, its development and its deployment in diagnostic technologies.
The repayment settles all outstanding ORA in circulation and constitutes, according to the company, a new stage in the cleanup of its balance sheet.

The contract concluded with Iris Capital remains active and may be subject to new targeted drawdowns to support the development of subsidiaries, on the same contractual terms, without commission or early exit penalty. Iris Capital Group remains a reference shareholder of Aton.
The Group indicates that it is continuing its reflection on the diversification of its sources of financing in order to support its subsidiaries still in the investment phase, relying in particular on the mobilization of its historical shareholders.
Léone Atayi, Chief Executive Officer of Aton, stated: "The full repayment of the ORA currently in circulation constitutes an important stage for ATON. It testifies to the ongoing cleanup of our balance sheet and the regained solidity of our financial structure, at a key moment in our development."
