This morning, Citi raised its price target on AXA from €46.82 to €50.40, while maintaining its buy rating. This new target represents upside potential of nearly 18% compared to the current price of €42.73. This revision comes following the publication at the end of July of solid half-year results: operating earnings per share had increased by 8% in the first half of 2026, within the upper end of the group's target range.
Despite this positive view, the stock is losing ground on Thursday in a generally cautious market, with the VIX stabilizing at 14.93, showing a slight decline from the previous day. The next resistance level to overcome is at €45.57, more than 6% above the current price.
