Claranova: Avanquest Gains Access to 90,000 US Public Agencies via Vertosoft
Claranova's Avanquest division obtains access to Vertosoft's public contract portfolio in the United States. This agreement opens its PDF solutions to public agencies in the SLED sector (States, Local Communities and Education).
A distribution agreement with Vertosoft in the American public sector
Claranova (Euronext Growth Paris: FR0013426004 - ALCLA) announced on August 19, 2026 the signing, by its Avanquest division, of a distribution agreement with Vertosoft, a distributor of technological solutions to the American public sector.
This partnership gives the group access to the public contract portfolio held by Vertosoft. The agreement will be highlighted at the NIGP Forum 2026, from August 23 to 26 in Columbus (Ohio).
The contract covers Avanquest's PDF solutions within Vertosoft's portfolio.
Access to more than 90,000 American public agencies
The agreement gives Avanquest immediate access to more than 90,000 American public agencies in the SLED sector (State, Local & Education), which brings together government agencies, local communities and educational institutions.
Avanquest's listing with OMNIA Partners and Sourcewell gives it direct access to this market. According to the press release, these two networks cover nearly 95% of the addressable market and allow public entities to procure Avanquest's solutions through pre-negotiated cooperative agreements, reducing contract negotiation timelines from several months to just a few days.
A partnership aligned with the group's B2B strategy
According to Claranova, this distribution agreement does not require the establishment of a dedicated sales organization and expands the addressable market for Avanquest's document management and automation solutions.
Eric Gareau, Chief Executive Officer of Claranova, indicates that the agreement makes it possible "to strengthen our presence in a strategic market and to accelerate the growth of our recurring B2B business, which is at the heart of our new strategy". Jay Colavita, president and founder of Vertosoft, specifies that the agreement adds Avanquest's PDF solutions to its portfolio for public agencies in the sector.
