Covivio trains its office teams in luxury hospitality standards
The group has made hospitality a cornerstone of its office offering by presenting, in a press release published on October 12, 2026, the 'Excellence by Covivio' program. It targets its operational teams and service providers, and leverages the expertise of its hotel business.
A program designed with The Talent Network for field personnel
Covivio announced the launch of a training program aimed at disseminating throughout all of its office buildings "the codes and service ambitions of luxury hospitality". To build it, the real estate company partnered with The Talent Network, a training organization specialized in service excellence, particularly in luxury and high-end hospitality.
The program was custom-designed with operational teams. It is intended for internal and external teams working daily in the buildings, with the objective of transmitting gestures, postures and reflexes: anticipating needs, personalizing relationships, demonstrating proactivity and cultivating attention to detail.
The group presents this initiative as an illustration of synergies between its different business lines. It comes one week after the announcement, on October 5, 2026, of the transformation of the "Bobillot" office building in the 13th arrondissement of Paris into a hostel under the Generator brand.

According to the press release, this program responds to the expectations of client companies and their employees, described as seeking more service-oriented and experiential work environments. Covivio indicates its desire to "make hospitality a genuine differentiating marker of its customer experience and a strong lever for asset attractiveness".
