DBT Group: Two New Directors to Strengthen Its Governance
DBT Group, listed on Euronext Growth, welcomes two new directors to its board of directors. These arrivals follow the departure of two directors who have been present for more than eleven years.
Two Entrepreneurs Join the Board of Directors
DBT Group, an expert in electric mobility based in Brebières (Hauts-de-France), announced on September 28, 2026 the arrival of Nicolas Bassière and Raphaël Robil to its board of directors.
A trained engineer, Nicolas Bassière began his career in industry, notably at Safran, before turning to consulting and entrepreneurship. Co-founder and manager of Pim Pam Pomme, he subsequently founded Abarus Conseil, a firm dedicated to strategic support for TPE and SME executives. He also serves as an independent director for start-ups, SMEs and mid-market companies.
Raphaël Robil co-founded Lemon Interactive in 2009, an agency operating in the Hauts-de-France region and across the national territory in the fields of web and artificial intelligence. He has developed expertise in digital transformation and supporting companies in their strategic evolution.
Two Directors Leave Their Positions After Eleven Years
Nicolas Bassière and Raphaël Robil succeed Jean-Charles Chaigne and Philippe Serenon, who are leaving their positions as directors after more than eleven years on the board. The group thanked the two departing members for their commitment and contribution.
According to the press release, this renewal reflects the group's desire to modernize its governance by strengthening the independence of its board. The appointments of Nicolas Bassière and Raphaël Robil will be submitted for ratification by shareholders at the next general meeting.
Alexandre Borgoltz, Chief Executive Officer of DBT, stated: "Their entrepreneurial perspective and complementary expertise will be valuable assets to accelerate the next stages of our development."
