Dolfines signs two inspection agreements in oil and gas in the Middle East
The operational excellence consulting company announced on August 5, 2026 the signing of two agreements by its subsidiary Dolfines Gulf Consultancy LLC. These contracts cover audit and inspection services for oil and gas exploration and production players.
A multi-year framework contract renewing a 2018 agreement
Dolfines signed a multi-year framework contract with an international energy group active in exploration and production, whose output stands at approximately 300,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. This agreement constitutes the renewal of an initial agreement signed in 2018.
Under this contract, Dolfines conducted inspection and audit services for drilling equipment in 12 countries over the past 15 years. The renewal strengthens its presence in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
The group indicates it has audited more than 1,350 units worldwide since 2010.

The second agreement is a Memorandum of Understanding concluded with an independent international exploration and production operator, a group partner since 2007, present in approximately twenty countries and operating nearly thirty active drilling and workover units. In 2025, this operator recorded gross production of approximately 500,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
The agreement is signed for an initial term of three years, renewable twice for periods of one year. It aims to simplify and standardize the use of inspection and audit services within the various subsidiaries of this group.
A first project has already been launched for the operator's Cameroonian subsidiary, concerning a unit currently mobilized in Dubai. Discussions are ongoing with three other subsidiaries of the group.
Framework contracts represent more than 50% of Oil and Gas revenue
Dolfines indicates it now holds several framework contracts of this nature. In 2025, these arrangements represented more than 50% of the Oil and Gas division's revenue.
Since 2007, Dolfines has carried out nearly 60 missions for the operator signatory to the Memorandum of Understanding. These announcements come after the publication on July 29, 2026 of consolidated revenue for the first half of 2026 down 43% to €2.34 million, reflecting mainly the impact of the sale of the 8.2 Advisory Consulting business.
