Econocom Schedules General Meetings for March 31, 2026
Econocom Group SE has convened an Ordinary General Meeting and an Extraordinary General Meeting for March 31, 2026. The group is submitting several decision proposals to its shareholders, including a reimbursement of issue premium and the renewal of authorizations.
The Ordinary General Meeting will rule on the accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors proposes to the Extraordinary General Meeting a reimbursement of an issue premium considered as released capital, amounting to 0.05 euros per share. The detachment of the coupon entitling to this reimbursement will occur after a period of two months following the publication of the decision in the appendices of the Belgian Monitor.

The group also proposes the renewal of the authorization for the Board of Directors to acquire up to 88,000,000 of the company's own shares, as well as the renewal of its authorization to acquire the company's shares through purchase or exchange in the event of serious and imminent harm.
