Eramet appoints Stéphanie Constand to head Treasury and Financing
Stéphanie Constand took up her position at the Eramet Group Treasury and Financing Department on August 1, 2026. She reports to Simon Henochsberg, Group Financial Director.
Stéphanie Constand is responsible for managing treasury and liquidity, structuring and monitoring financing arrangements, as well as relations with the Group's financial partners.
This recruitment supplements the Finance team, which aims to deploy a financing plan announced in February 2026 over the course of the year.

With over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, Stéphanie Constand has built her career around investor relations, financing and treasury issues within major international groups. A graduate of ESSEC Business School with a specialization in financial management, she began her career in investor relations.
She held positions within the industrial company Mersen, before joining Publicis Groupe, then Ingenico Group, where she served as Vice President of Investor Relations. She continued her career at Fnac Darty, where she expanded her responsibilities to financing before taking responsibility for the Group's Financing and Treasury Department. Most recently, she supported Petit Bateau in financial operations related to its separation from its parent company and its repositioning.
