Five-year low at €19.35: SMTPC share, tunnel manager, falters
The concessionaire of Marseille tunnels is experiencing a very difficult trading session. The stock has just broken through a floor it had not touched since 2021, while the CAC 40 advances slightly.
A new low at €19.35 and an RSI at 22.92
The SMTPC share fell 6.52% during the session, to €19.35, compared to €20.70 the previous day. The stock touched this level during trading, which erases the previous low of €19.50 set in 2021. The decline also caused the €20.70 support to give way, with the price now nearly 30% below its 200-day moving average (€27.60). The RSI at 22.92 signals an oversold configuration, following a decline of 13.62% over the week and 28.33% over three months.
Traffic up 5.8% in the third quarter
The movement contrasts with the operator's latest figures. Third quarter revenue came in at €10.50 million compared to €9.88 million a year earlier, with 3,858,903 vehicles, representing a 5.8% increase in traffic. First half net income, published on September 23, increased by 5.7%. At that time, the company described reduced visibility on second half traffic, dependent on the economic and social context, with a base toll unchanged at €3.30 since January 1, 2026. The next technical reference point is the day's low at €19.35.
