Fountaine Pajot: Revenue Down 9.9%, North America Surges 43%
Fountaine Pajot published on October 26, 2026 consolidated revenue of €291.3 million for fiscal year 2025-2026, ended August 31, 2026, compared to €323.2 million in the previous fiscal year. This level exceeds the €275 million estimate retained by the sole analyst included in the consensus before publication.
The pace of decline slowed at the end of the fiscal year: the decrease reached 7.1% in the second half alone, compared to 9.9% over the full year. The group sees in this "the first signs of stabilization in demand", in a marine market it describes as "normalizing".
Revenue of €291.3 Million, Generated 85% Outside France
The geographic breakdown of sales shows activity strongly oriented toward international markets, which represent 85% of revenue. The French domestic market contributes 15%.
Europe excluding France remains the group's leading region, with 38% of activity. It leads North America (27%), major export markets (12%) and the Caribbean region (7%).
North America stands out with growth of 43% over the fiscal year. According to the press release, this increase "partially offsets the slowdown observed in other geographic areas".
North American Growth Mitigates Decline in Other Regions
The published figures describe contrasting performance across markets. With more than a quarter of sales and growth of 43%, North America represents the most dynamic region for the fiscal year, while total activity declines by 9.9%.
The comparison between the full year and the second half alone provides a second reading. The 7.1% decrease over the last six months is less pronounced than that of the full fiscal year, indicating a sharper decline in the early part of the year.
The group attributes this activity level notably to recent launches and the acceleration of its product renewal. It indicates it is continuing its investment efforts in this phase it qualifies as "market adjustment". The press release covers only revenue and does not detail the amounts invested.
Four New Models Presented to Support 2026-2027 Order Book
At autumn boat shows, particularly in Cannes, the group presented three new catamarans (FP48, FP55 and FP70), to which is added the D39 monohull from the Dufour brand. According to Fountaine Pajot, the reception of these models "confirms the order book for fiscal year 2026-2027", and provides it with "satisfactory visibility" against macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties.
The group has furthermore undertaken the design of a 120-foot multihull intended for the superyacht segment, with official launch scheduled for 2028. It continues the development of E-Lektra, a joint venture held equally with the Beneteau group, which designs and manufactures hybrid electric powertrains for monohull and multihull sailboats.
On the services side, Fountaine Pajot launched Velite, an international brokerage activity dedicated to the second-hand market. It also opened a distribution subsidiary in Greece to maintain direct commercial presence with local owners and charter operators.
For fiscal year 2026-2027, the analyst included in the consensus anticipates revenue of €298 million.
