FSDV: B'CoWorker Takes Over a Center in Angers, Its First Acquisition in Coworking
By taking over an already operational Buro Club center, FSDV's coworking brand has added a second growth lever to a model previously based mainly on the group's real estate assets. The company indicated it wants to study other acquisitions of existing centers throughout France.
A 610 m² Center Taken Over With Its Clients and Team
The coworking subsidiary of FSDV signed, on October 2, 2026, the takeover of the Buro Club center located in downtown Angers, at the foot of the castle and a few minutes from the train station. This is the first external growth operation for B'CoWorker, the group's coworking and operated office brand. The site, already operated as a flexible workspace, joins the network without any interruption of activity for existing clients, with the same team.
The center spans 610 m². It includes 17 private offices and 4 meeting rooms with a capacity of 2 to 18 people, complemented by a business domiciliation service. Works must be undertaken quickly to align the spaces with B'CoWorker's standards and visual identity, while current clients will progressively gain access to all of the brand's services.
The operation densifies B'CoWorker's presence in the Angers metropolitan area. The brand was already operating two locations there, in the Orgemont district in Angers and in Trélazé. The new site, located in the heart of the city center, complements this local network and strengthens the brand's development in the Greater West region.
The chosen structure stands out from a classic opening: rather than developing a new center, B'CoWorker takes over a site with an established clientele and team already in place. The center is thus operational from its integration into the network, a criterion that the brand explicitly places at the top of its acquisition strategy.
External Growth and Group Real Estate as Development Levers
Until now, B'CoWorker has developed primarily within buildings owned by FSDV, whose real estate company BMG manages a portfolio of 800,000 m² spread across 160 sites. The Angers takeover inaugurates a second lever: targeted external growth operations, particularly concerning existing centers with an established location and clientele.
This change in model expands the development scope beyond the group's real estate portfolio alone. B'CoWorker intends to establish itself in cities where it wishes to strengthen its presence, favoring well-located sites that are immediately operational. It will now combine the opening of new centers and acquisitions.
Network densification also targets major accounts, particularly companies present in several French cities. With a single point of contact, the brand can offer them multiple formats: hosting of traveling employees, installation of project teams, opening of a regional office or temporary office needs, with a homogeneous offering and service level from one center to another.
Coworking is already among the drivers of FSDV's activity. When publishing its accounts on September 25, 2026, the group reported a 6.4% increase in its consolidated revenues in the first half of 2026, driven by coworking and construction activities. B'CoWorker now claims more than 25,500 m² of spaces in France.
Operated Office and Application-Based Access at the Heart of the Offering
Agnès Ramé, General Manager of B'CoWorker, set the integration priority: "Our priority is to ensure complete continuity for current users, while progressively giving them access to all of B'CoWorker's services." She added that the operation illustrates the brand's desire to develop "both through the opening of new centers and through targeted acquisitions".
The offering is notably based on the operated office, offered since 2022 as an alternative to the 3-6-9 lease. This format combines ready-to-use private spaces, contractual flexibility within a service agreement and an all-inclusive formula (furniture, cleaning, consumables, maintenance, internet).
Services are accessible via a dedicated application, which allows users to book a space and manage their access. Connected handles linked to the application ensure secure access 24/7, an infrastructure that also allows B'CoWorker to deploy flexible spaces over more compact areas.
