Herige Industries: Revenue Up 0.6% over Nine Months, Third Quarter Stable
On November 3, 2026, Herige Industries published revenue of €285.0 million for the first nine months of the financial year, up 0.6% year on year. The third quarter, at €84.2 million, was stable compared with the same period in 2025.
This stable quarter slows cumulative growth. At its half-year results publication on September 22, 2026, the Vendée-based group had reported a 1.0% increase in revenue for the first half.
The specialist in concrete and industrial joinery operates in a construction market that it still describes as marked by “weak demand and strong competitive pressure”.
Cumulative Growth Reduced from 1.0% to 0.6% by a Stable Quarter
Arithmetically, a quarter with no growth reduces the pace of the cumulative figure. At the end of June, activity had risen 1.0% year on year. Adding a third quarter at the same level as in 2025 brings this increase down to 0.6% at the end of September.
Management takes a different view. It considers that this quarterly stability, achieved in a depressed market, “illustrates the good performance of the Group’s activity”. The title of its press release highlights the “good performance of the Concrete activity”, one of its two main business segments alongside industrial joinery.
Both readings rest on the same figures: activity is holding steady in value terms, without acceleration, despite a demand environment that the group itself describes as weak.
Volumes Under Pressure and Limited Visibility Due to the 2027 Budget
The group describes a market environment that remains difficult, with volumes “durably under pressure” and limited visibility. It recalls that housing construction “remains at the bottom of the cycle”.
According to the company, two factors weigh particularly on this visibility: the uncertainties surrounding the 2027 Finance Bill and changes to renovation support schemes. These elements extend the diagnosis made at the half-year results publication on September 22, 2026.
Among the risks, the group had already cited the 2027 Finance Bill and the reduction of energy renovation aid. It then linked a recovery to the restart of individual house construction, a direct outlet for its concrete and joinery activities.
Priority on Defending Market Share and Higher Value-Added Offerings
In this context, Herige Industries states that it is continuing its commercial and operational initiatives. The stated objective is to strengthen its positions, preserve its market share and improve its performance.
The group says it maintains rigorous management while developing its higher value-added offerings. It employs nearly 1,700 people in mainland France, Canada and the French overseas departments and territories, and remains listed on Euronext Growth.
For reference, the 2025 financial year ended with revenue of €379.4 million. Fourth-quarter 2026 revenue, scheduled for publication on February 2, 2027 after market close, will reveal the annual level. At the end of September, activity is holding steady in value terms in a market that management still considers to be at the bottom of the cycle.
