BNP Paribas to redeem AUD 250 million Tier 2 bonds early
In a notice to holders published in Paris on 4 November 2026, the bank announced the full redemption, on 11 December 2026, of a series of subordinated bonds whose contractual maturity was set for December 2031.
The transaction concerns Tier 2 floating-rate subordinated bonds denominated in Australian dollars, for a total amount of AUD 250 million. BNP Paribas issued them on 11 June 2021, and they are admitted to trading on Euronext Paris under ISIN code FR0014003XD4 (common code 35230682).
According to the notice, the entire issue, i.e. AUD 250 million, is currently outstanding. The bank states that it has called these securities “in full”, in accordance with the applicable terms.

Redemption will be made at a price of 100% of the nominal amount, plus interest accrued up to the redemption date. The securities will thus be redeemed in full on that date.
The decision is based on the terms of the bonds set out in the prospectus dated 3 July 2020, as supplemented. The terms used in the notice refer to the definitions in those conditions.
