Hermès International: Management Compensation for 2025-2026
Hermès International has disclosed the compensation details for its managers for the fiscal year 2025 and announces the continuation of its compensation policy for 2026, in accordance with the Afep-Medef Corporate Governance Code.
Calculation of Fixed and Variable Compensation for 2026
The fixed compensation for 2026 was calculated by applying the change in the consolidated revenue of 2025 compared to 2024 to the fixed compensation of 2025, with an annual increase capped at 5%. The variable compensation awarded for the fiscal year 2025 was determined based on the change in consolidated pre-tax results. The RNG-RSE Committee noted the complete achievement of the CSR criterion applicable to 10% of the variable compensation. The payment of the 2025 variable compensation remains conditional upon shareholder approval at the General Meeting on April 17, 2026.
