Hoffmann Green: Revenue up 86.7% in first half, net loss of €9.2 million

Revenue of €6.6 million, losses increased at all result levels

In the first half of 2026, revenue reached €6.6 million, compared to €3.5 million a year earlier, representing an increase of 86.7%. This growth stems from the acceleration of clinker-free cement volumes marketed and delivered, up 104% compared to H1 2025, which constitute the entire revenue. Nearly 40,000 tonnes were delivered over the semester, corresponding to more than 110,000 m³ of concrete, a volume nearly five times higher than that of the first half of 2024. Consumed purchases stand at €3.8 million, up 13.1% despite production doubling. EBITDA came in at -€5.96 million, compared to -€5.65 million in H1 2025, a level which the Company describes as virtually stable despite revenue growth. Operating profit stands at -€8.1 million compared to -€7.8 million, and net loss at -€9.2 million compared to -€8.4 million a year earlier.

The Company attributes the control of its cost structure to the initial effects of scale. Optimization measures undertaken since late 2025, particularly regarding supplier negotiations, generated €2.9 million in savings on material costs in the first half. Personnel expenses increased by 23.8% to €1.9 million, despite production rising by 104%. External expenses reached €7.3 million compared to €5.0 million, including the continuation of international certification expenses and an increase in transport costs linked to the doubling of volumes. Available cash stood at €5.1 million on June 30, 2026, compared to €6.3 million on December 31, 2025. This change occurs in a context of increased inventories, rising from €2.9 million on December 31, 2025 to €6.3 million on June 30, 2026, built up to support expected volume growth in the second half. Shareholders' equity stands at €51.2 million.

2026-2027 objectives: 100,000 tonnes and operational break-even threshold

Hoffmann Green confirms its production target of 100,000 tonnes of clinker-free cement in 2026, with activity traditionally higher in the second half. The Company projects €7.5 million in savings on material costs for the full year 2026. It aims to reach operational break-even by end of 2027, based on volume progression. On the international front, the Company signed an exclusive preliminary agreement with Bruil in the Netherlands with a view to a licensing contract, and completed its first project in the United States for Marquis Inc. By 2030, the roadmap provides for the construction of a third plant (H3) in the Rhône-Alpes region by 2027-2028, a capacity of approximately 1,000,000 tonnes combining the three sites, and a target of €150 million in revenue accompanied by the signing of 5 additional international licensing contracts.
