Hoteles Bestprice Prepares for Listing on Spanish Stock Market BME Growth
The Board of Directors of Hoteles Bestprice, meeting on October 27, 2026, adopted several decisions relating to the process of admitting the company's shares to the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity. In particular, it was informed of the transmission to BME Growth of the first version of the Reduced Incorporation Document.
Published pursuant to Article 17 of the European market abuse regulation, this communication follows that of October 13, 2026.
Two Members Appointed to Audit Committee, Two Regulations Adopted
The Board appointed two directors, Tomás Bustamante Calvo and Aitor Calleja Urraca, as members of the audit committee. The latter will only be constituted after a further appointment, so as to comprise three members.
The Board also approved the regulations of the Board of Directors and those of the General Assembly, established by the company as part of best practices, without being required to do so. The first will come into force upon admission to BME Growth, the second once this admission is obtained and the text is approved by the General Assembly.
