Infoclip: Rivage Opco buys back 15,763 shares at €22.14, delisting on November 5
Rivage Opco has bought back 15,763 Infoclip shares at a unit price of €22.14 as part of its voluntary buyback offer, for a total cash amount of €348,992.82.
An offer covering 32,262 shares, extended until October 30
The offer, launched by Rivage Opco pursuant to Article 3.2, paragraph 4 of the market rules of Euronext Access, covered all 32,262 Infoclip shares not held by the initiator. The initiator previously held 500,143 shares, representing 93.94% of the share capital and voting rights.
Opened on July 22, 2026, the offer was initially scheduled to close on October 13, 2026. In early October, Rivage Opco announced that the closing would be postponed to October 30, 2026, following discussions with minority shareholders whose procedures with their financial intermediaries required additional time.
Irrevocable sell orders had to be submitted to financial intermediaries no later than the closing day. At the end of the transaction, the initiator now holds 515,906 Infoclip shares.
Delisting from Euronext Access Paris effective November 5, 2026
By decision of July 17, 2026, Euronext Paris approved the request to delist Infoclip shares following completion of the offer, the initiator already holding more than 90% of the share capital and voting rights before the transaction. The shares will be delisted from the Euronext Access Paris market effective November 5, 2026.
After this delisting, the securities will no longer be tradable on this market. Shareholders who did not tender their shares to the offer and wish to sell them later may contact Rivage Opco by email at victor@rivage-groupe.com.
