IntegraGen: Decision Expected on October 9 on ABL Diagnostics and Health In Code Offers
The Commercial Court of Évry examined on October 5, 2026 the acquisition proposals for IntegraGen, a specialist in cancer genomics and rare genetic diseases placed under judicial reorganization. Following the hearings, the matter was referred for deliberation, with a decision expected on October 9, 2026.
Two Candidates for the Acquisition of IntegraGen's Activities and Assets
The hearing took place as part of the judicial reorganization procedure opened on June 15, 2026. It concerned the examination of two acquisition offers filed on September 11, 2026 by ABL Diagnostics and Health In Code.
These offers fall within a sale plan project concerning the acquisition of the company's activities and assets, not its capital. The eventual choice of an acquirer falls solely within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Évry.
IntegraGen, listed on Euronext Growth in Paris, has 28 employees following the restructuring measures implemented and generated 5 million euros in revenue in 2025.
Operations Continue Without Interruption
According to the press release, IntegraGen's operations continue normally, without any interruption for its customers and partners, and the teams remain focused on ongoing projects.
"This hearing represents an important step in our procedure. We remain mobilized pending the Court's decision, expected on October 9," declared Bérengère Génin, Chief Executive Officer of IntegraGen.
The company has committed to keeping the market informed of any significant developments in the procedure, in accordance with its disclosure obligations.
Liquidation and Delisting at the Close of Proceedings
The offers examined do not provide for any repurchase of IntegraGen shares. The proceeds from the sale would be used to settle creditors in accordance with the rules applicable to the procedure.
The company clarified that the acquisition of the activity does not guarantee the existence of residual value for shareholders, who are exposed to the risk of at least partial loss, which could be total, of their investment.
In this context, according to the press release, judicial liquidation will occur and IntegraGen shares will be delisted from Euronext Growth Paris at the close of the procedure.
