IntegraGen continues its operations pending the Paris Court of Appeal's decision
In a press release published on October 26, 2026, IntegraGen announced that it is continuing its operations as part of its judicial reorganization proceedings, pending the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal. The company specializing in genomics for cancer and rare genetic diseases also reminded that its shareholders remain exposed to the risk of partial or even total loss of their investment.
Two judgments from October 9 subject to appeal by the public prosecutor
IntegraGen's judicial reorganization proceedings were opened on June 15, 2026. On October 9, 2026, the Évry Commercial Court handed down two judgments: one approving the company's transfer plan in favor of ABL Diagnostics, and the other converting the judicial reorganization into judicial liquidation.
The offer retained by the court was valued at 100,000 euros and included the takeover of 16 employees. It had been examined on October 5, 2026, alongside a takeover project presented by Health In Code.
The public prosecutor appealed both judgments. These appeals suspend their execution. The company clarifies that this suspensive effect does not prejudge either their outcome or that of the collective proceedings, and states that it is not in a position at this stage to specify the timeline of the appeal procedure.
Business operations maintained, funded by the company at least until the end of 2026
IntegraGen states that it remains fully operational. Its CLIA/CAP accredited reference laboratory and its teams remain dedicated to serving its clients and partners, as well as ongoing research and clinical projects, under normal conditions. The company has 28 employees following the restructuring measures implemented and generated 5 million euros in revenue in 2025.
Based on its updated cash flow forecasts and the business assumptions adopted, IntegraGen believes it can finance the continuation of its operations at least until the end of 2026. However, the company emphasizes that this continuation does not guarantee the maintenance of the value of its shares.
"This new phase allows us to continue our mission with the same commitment: the quality of our results and the continuity of service," declared Bérengère Génin, Chief Executive Officer. IntegraGen has committed to informing the market of any significant developments in the proceedings and their potential consequences for the trading and delisting of its shares.
