LDC Stock Hits Historic High, Analysts Target Up to €142
LDC stock soars during the session and reaches a new historic high following the publication of a record fiscal year 2025-2026. Analysts have raised their price targets, and the company from Sablé displays strengthened medium-term ambitions.
An Intraday Record at €120.80 After Annual Results Exceed Expectations
LDC stock climbs 5.5% to €119.00 by midday, after reaching €120.80 during the session, its highest historical level. The previous peak was on May 12, 2026, at €116.40. The stock is among the top gainers on the CAC All Shares index. The rebound follows the publication of the 2025-2026 results unveiled on May 27. Revenue grew by 15.2% to €7,283.2 million, surpassing the initial five-year target. The dividend has been increased to €2.25. For the 2026-2027 fiscal year, during this announcement, the group indicated it aims for revenue above €7.7 billion and an operating margin beyond 5.5%. The medium-term trajectory targets €10 billion by 2030-2031, driven by the integration of four acquisitions: Indykpol, Calibra, Konspol, and ECF. Analyst firms have followed suit. TP Icap Midcap raised its target from €122 to €131 with a buy rating. Portzamparc went further, raising its target from €126 to €142, also with a buy rating.
The Rally Propels the Stock Nearly 25% Above Its 200-Day Moving Average
Today's surge breaks the resistance previously identified at €115.80, now clearly surpassed. The price is significantly above its three moving averages: it has crossed the MM20 at €112.49 by nearly 6%, the MM50 at €105.96 by more than 12%, and the MM200 at €95.36 by nearly 25%. This setup confirms the underlying momentum: the stock has gained 18.29% over three months and 41.33% over a year. The RSI at 61 remains in the neutral zone despite today's spike, which leaves room before an overbought signal. The company also completed a capital increase reserved for employees at the end of April, an operation without significant impact on the financial structure. Caution remains regarding the geopolitical context. During the accounts publication on May 27, the management explicitly mentioned the impact of fuel prices among its points of vigilance, in an environment where Brent remains highly volatile amid negotiations between Washington and Tehran.
