Lucibel Opens 28% of Capital in its Subsidiary Procédés Hallier for €350,000
Lucibel SA has completed a capital increase for its subsidiary Procédés Hallier, which specializes in museographic and tertiary lighting. Qualified investors have injected €350,000 in exchange for 28% of the capital, while Lucibel retains 72% ownership.
Strengthening Financial Structure
This capital opening operation aims to strengthen the financial structure of Procédés Hallier, allowing it to continue its operations under normal business conditions. The subsidiary operates independently from the judicial recovery procedure that Lucibel SA entered in January 2026. Procédés Hallier manufactures its range of lighting fixtures in Montreuil (93) and was awarded the 'Living Heritage Company' (EPV) label by the state at the beginning of 2025.
An Expanded Portfolio of Activities
Procédés Hallier primarily operates in the field of museographic lighting. Its activities expanded in November 2025 to include tertiary lighting (notably office lighting) following the partial asset transfer from the 'Lucibel Pro' activity carried out by Lucibel SA.
