Mare Nostrum: its Neptune RH Santé branch exceeds objectives by end of September
In a press release published on October 13, 2026, the Grenoble-based group presented the development of Neptune RH Santé, its vertical dedicated to human resources in the healthcare sector, created in January 2025. According to the company, this branch's activity exceeded the set objectives by the end of September 2026, driven in particular by contracts concluded with several national players in the health and medical-social sectors.
An offering covering the employment cycle and international mobility
Mare Nostrum indicates that it is building its positioning in healthcare around an HR approach covering the entire employment cycle: permanent and fixed-term contract recruitment, temporary and vacation staffing, international mobility, placement of HR resources within establishments, training and payroll outsourcing. The group highlights the differentiated needs of establishments depending on regions, from permanent positions to short-term replacements, including the search for experienced medical profiles where talent pools are considered insufficient. To expand these talent pools, Neptune RH Santé has deployed systems for recruiting candidates and supporting the integration of European and international doctors, particularly in Romania, Spain and Portugal, countries where the group is already established. This approach aims, according to the press release, to secure the integration stages while taking into account regulatory constraints and the specificities of the French healthcare system. "The shortage of healthcare professionals has become sufficiently structural to require a comprehensive approach, combining recruitment quality, mobility, replacement and HR support," declared Nicolas Cuynat, president of Mare Nostrum.
A strengthened team and two new agencies opened
In terms of organization, the Neptune RH Santé team grew from 3 to 10 employees in less than two years, a Healthcare Division was created and two agencies opened, in Paris and in Grésy-sur-Aix. The vertical supports, according to the company, the leading public healthcare operator in the PACA region as well as national and regional players in the health and medical-social sectors. The group presents this strategy as responding to an economic ambition: "develop a specialized, high-value-added activity that generates recurring revenue". Neptune RH Santé will also organize on November 12, 2026 in Saint-Étienne the PRO'MOUVOIR day, dedicated to healthcare professions, a format that the company plans to deploy in other regions.
