Mexedia participates in Startup Service Summer Camp following its takeover
Mexedia announced its participation in the Startup Summer Camp, an annual gathering organized by its subsidiary Startup Service. The initiative marks the first direct meeting between a Mexedia delegation and the teams of the company that entered the group's scope following the acquisition of 51% of its capital.

In a statement published on September 18, 2026, Mexedia S.p.A. Società Benefit (Euronext Growth Paris: ALMEX, ISIN IT0005450819) announced that it was participating in the Startup Summer Camp, an annual meeting that Startup Service S.r.l. dedicates to its employees and partners, held from September 16 to 20 at the Serenè Resort in Capo Rizzuto, Calabria.
The 2026 edition marks the first direct meeting between a Mexedia delegation and the Startup Service team, a company that entered the group's scope in recent months following Mexedia's acquisition of 51% of its capital.
The program is structured around five days of joint work sessions, training, sports activities and informal exchanges. According to the company, this presence reflects a choice by the controlling shareholder: to remain close to the acquired company and to get to know its employees and their working methods.
An industrial project presented as defined and conducive to growth
"The value of a company lies above all in the people who make it work," said Vincenzo La Barbera, head of communications at Mexedia, adding that these days are aimed at getting to know each other and listening. Giuseppe Dell'Acqua Brunone, chief executive officer of Startup Service, indicated that the transfer of control to Mexedia positioned Startup within a defined industrial project and opened a perspective of broader growth.
Mexedia presents this initiative as the opening of a stage in the journey undertaken with Startup Service, oriented towards consolidating a group combining industrial scale and attention to people.
