Mersen shares rebound 12.5% in one week and regain their moving averages
The specialist in carbon materials and electrical solutions continues its recovery in a Parisian market without clear direction. The stock extends a move that began with the publication of its quarterly sales and the raising of its annual target.
A 12.5% weekly gain places the stock above its three moving averages
Mersen gains 1.8% to €40.68 intraday, while the CAC 40 is virtually stable. This gain brings its performance to 12.5% over one week, a move that puts it back above its MM20 (+3.70%) and its MM50 (+3.75%). The gap is even wider with the MM200, which the price exceeds by 17.71%.
The 4.51% decline over one month remains visible, but it no longer weighs on the stock's configuration. The rebound follows third-quarter sales with 14.2% organic growth, published on October 28. On that occasion, the group raised for the second time this year its 2026 organic growth target, now between 6.5% and 7.5%.
The €43.96 level becomes the next threshold after a year up 85.75%

The stock currently trades 8% below its resistance, set at €43.96, after having already been pushed back below this type of level during the late-October sessions.
The nearest support lies at €35.04, nearly 14% below the current price. This range frames a stock that still shows a 85.75% gain over one year and 9.24% over three months.
The RSI at 53 remains neutral, leaving room before a tension zone. The group, headquartered in Courbevoie, had also confirmed its margin targets during its October sales release. Within the SBF 120, Mersen ranks mid-table this Tuesday, far from the biotechs leading the index.
