OSE Immunotherapeutics: Combi-TED trial results expected at ESMO 2026
The Nantes-based biotech company announced that the primary results of its phase 2 Combi-TED trial, evaluating Tedopi in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, will be presented orally at the annual congress of the European Society for Medical Oncology, in Madrid.
Oral presentation selected for the Combi-TED trial
OSE Immunotherapeutics announced on September 23, 2026 that the primary results of the international phase 2 clinical trial Combi-TED, focusing on Tedopi in metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and sponsored by FoRT, have been selected for an oral presentation at the 2026 ESMO annual congress, scheduled in Madrid from October 23 to 27, 2026.
Federico Cappuzzo, Director of Medical Oncology at the Regina Elena National Cancer Institute in Rome and principal investigator of the trial, will present these results. The presentation is scheduled for October 25, 2026, during a session dedicated to metastatic non-small cell lung cancer.
A second-line trial involving 105 patients in three countries
Combi-TED is a randomized, open-label, phase 2 trial with three arms. It evaluates Tedopi in combination with the anti-PD1 checkpoint inhibitor Opdivo (nivolumab), with docetaxel, or docetaxel alone (control arm), as second-line treatment.
The trial involves 105 HLA-A2 positive patients with metastatic NSCLC, without EGFR mutations or ALK or ROS1 rearrangements, following first-line chemotherapy-immunotherapy. The primary endpoint is the one-year survival rate. The study is conducted in 23 centers located in France, Italy and Spain.
