Pluxee Share, SBF 120 Laggard, Falls 15% Despite Results
The specialist in meal vouchers and employee benefits suffers a severe stock market penalty on the very day its annual results are published. The group exceeded its targets, but its outlook for the following fiscal year is weighing on the stock, in a Paris market trending upward.
Results Above Targets, But 2027 EBITDA Floor Falls Short
Pluxee share declines 15.22% to €12.03 in mid-morning trading, making it the laggard of the SBF 120, while the index advances 1.09%.
The annual results published this morning nevertheless exceed the group's targets: recurring EBITDA margin reaches 37.5%, compared to 36.6% a year earlier, and the proposed dividend increases 71%, to €0.65 per share.
However, for fiscal year 2027, the company targets at least €440 million in recurring EBITDA on an organic basis, compared to €488 million achieved for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2026. It presents 2027 as a transition year, marked by a more extensive adjustment in Brazil, related to the reform of the Worker Food Program (PAT).
The share has lost nearly 20% over the week, and the decline is all the more pronounced given the stock was trading at €14.19 before the session.
Technical Supports Give Way, 200-Day Moving Average Breaks and RSI Falls to 19
The share breaches its lowest levels of the past 30 trading sessions, with the €13.86 level becoming resistance, and falls below its 200-day moving average at €12.67, a 5% gap from the current price. This break below the long-term average occurs as the RSI has fallen to 19, a level indicating a very pronounced oversold configuration.
The group itself had recalled that this year would be more challenging: among the identified risks when publishing results, are the Brazilian reform and uncertain conditions in continental Europe.
On the analyst side, CIC Market Solutions maintains its hold rating with a price target of €18.50. Edenred, a comparable in the sector, declines 2.66% in today's session. The next visible technical level in the data is support at €9.97.
