Racing Force Joins New Intermonte Valore Italia Index by Banca Generali
Racing Force S.p.A. has been selected among the 100 Italian companies comprising the new Intermonte Valore Italia index, launched by Banca Generali as part of the PMI2Change project. This inclusion acknowledges the criteria of governance, financial viability, and representativeness of the global leader in motorsport safety equipment.
Selection Based on Strict Technical and Financial Criteria
Racing Force was chosen based on stringent criteria: minimum float, governance standards, analyst coverage, financial viability, and debt levels. The Intermonte Valore Italia index aims to enhance the universe of small and medium-sized listed Italian companies by creating a meeting point between entrepreneurship, the capital market, and the national economic system. This index targets small and medium enterprises with a market capitalization under one billion euros and not included in the FTSE MIB.

Racing Force operates globally through its headquarters in Ronco Scrivia (Italy), Sakhir (Bahrain), and Mooresville (USA), providing safety equipment and technologies to drivers, teams, and manufacturers under the brands OMP, Bell Racing, Zeronoise, and Racing Spirit. Since November 2021, the group has been listed on Euronext Growth in Milan (RFG), and since September 2022 on Euronext Growth in Paris (ALRFG), becoming the first company in the sector to be listed on the stock market. Through the HPS brand, Racing Force has also ventured into the defense sector, applying its automotive technologies to this new field.
