SBF 120 Top: OPmobility Stock Rebounds After -20% in One Week
The Lyon-based equipment supplier is recovering this Tuesday after several sessions of sharp declines, in a rising Paris market. The stock is emerging from a losing streak triggered by the announcement of a European restructuring plan, and the technical configuration remains severely deteriorated.
An Isolated Rebound Following a Collapse of Nearly 20% Over One Week
OPmobility stock gains 1.81% to €9.57 in trading, in the upper portion of the SBF 120 which rises 0.27%. This recovery follows a 19.98% fall over seven days, caused by the announcement of the planned elimination of 770 positions in Europe and by the revision of 2026 targets. The stock shows a clear lag over the period: it has lost 21.1% over one month and 28.37% over three months.
The price now stands at €9.57, a level slightly above the €9.40 support tested by the stock. It remains very far from its moving averages: 17.85% below the 20-day MA and 34% below the 200-day MA. The RSI at 24 reflects a deep oversold configuration, which describes the scale of the decline without prejudging what comes next.
Citi Lowers Target to €11 and Adopts Neutral Opinion
Citi lowered its price target from €18 to €11 on Monday, October 12, and adopts a neutral opinion on the stock. This new target comes in at 14.9% above the current price of €9.57, but it has been substantially reduced within days. Another research firm also cut its target following the restructuring announcement, illustrating the broad revision of expectations on the group.
In terms of valuation, the stock trades at approximately 5.9 times expected earnings for the current fiscal year, according to analyst consensus tracked. The analyst consensus remains to be updated following these successive revisions. The next key reference point to watch is the €9.40 support, which the price has just recovered from above.
