SEB: Loïc Moutault, former Mars executive, takes over as Chief Executive Officer on October 1st, 2026
The small domestic appliance manufacturer is undergoing a change in executive leadership, with the arrival of a senior executive from Mars Group.
Loïc Moutault succeeds Stanislas de Gramont
The Board of Directors of SEB S.A., meeting under the chairmanship of Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise, has unanimously decided, on the recommendation of the Governance and Compensation Committee, to appoint Loïc Moutault Chief Executive Officer of the SEB Group effective October 1st, 2026. He succeeds Stanislas de Gramont, who will remain in office until September 30th, 2026 inclusive. Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise remains Chairman of the Board of Directors. Loïc Moutault has more than thirty years of international experience. He spent most of his career at Mars Group, where he chaired Royal Canin from 2014, then Mars Petcare worldwide from 2022. He is a graduate of Burgundy School of Business.
The Rebound plan maintained as a roadmap
According to the group, this appointment is consistent with the strategic priorities undertaken, with the Rebound plan remaining the roadmap for the Group, in accordance with annual and medium-term objectives. Thierry de La Tour d'Artaise thanked Stanislas de Gramont for his commitment to serving SEB Group. Loïc Moutault indicated that he intended to continue the Rebound plan and the priorities undertaken. SEB Group achieved revenue of 8.2 billion euros in 2025 and employs 32,000 employees, operating in more than 150 countries.
