Showroomprivé entrusts the management of its Travel & Leisure business to Claire Martin
Announced on 2 November 2026, this appointment entrusts the leadership of a business that the group describes as "one of its strategic growth drivers".
The mission set is to accelerate the development of Travel & Leisure, strengthen its commercial appeal and support the group's ambitions for diversification and international development.
More than 20 years in tourism, from Karavel to the Figaro Group
Showroomprivé (SRP Groupe), a European online event-based sales group, has announced the appointment of Claire Martin as Director of its Travel & Leisure business. In 2025, the group recorded a gross merchandise volume including VAT (GMV) of nearly €900 million and net revenue of €560 million.
Claire Martin joined the group's Executive Committee in June 2026. She has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, covering purchasing, business development, marketing, customer acquisition and customer loyalty.
She has held responsibilities notably at Karavel Promovacances, within the Transat Group, at Veepee Voyages and at Carrefour Voyages. Since 2018, she has contributed to the development of the travel division of the Figaro Group (including Les Maisons du Voyage and Marco Vasco), where she successively led business development, then marketing and communications.
A three-priority roadmap for Travel & Leisure
The business's roadmap is built around three priorities: strengthening the quality, diversity and appeal of its offers; accelerating commercial and international development by consolidating partnerships; and durably improving performance by placing the customer experience, conversion and commercial efficiency at the heart of the approach.
According to the group, since Claire Martin's arrival the business has seen renewed growth, driven in particular by an increase in gross merchandise volume, an improvement in the conversion rate and a rise in average spend per traveler.
David Dayan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and founder of the group, has stated his wish to make this business "an increasingly significant growth driver for the Group". He added: "Our objective is now to turn this momentum into solid and sustainable growth."
