The fund, which specializes in investments in leading software publishers, purchased 80,659 shares amounting to 5.39% of the listed company's share capital on Euronext Growth. This move follows the announcement on March 3, 2026, that Briarwood Chase Management had doubled its stake to over 10% of Sidetrade’s capital. Joshua Braden, founder of Mission Trail Capital Management, justified the investment by citing confidence in the value Sidetrade generates for its clients, including significant reductions in working capital needs and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
