Stellantis: John Elkann Reappointed, Former Danone Executive Proposed for Board
Stellantis has released the agenda and explanatory notes for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 14, 2026, in Amsterdam. The automaker announces the renewal of three director terms and the appointment of a new independent director.
Renewal of Directorships and New Appointment
The terms of John Elkann as Managing Director, as well as those of Robert Peugeot and Henri de Castries as non-executive directors, will expire at the conclusion of the AGM. John Elkann and Robert Peugeot are proposed for re-election to their respective roles, upon binding proposal from Exor N.V. and Établissements Peugeot Frères S.A. / Peugeot Invest S.A. The board also recommends the re-election of Henri de Castries as a non-executive director and the appointment of Juergen Esser as an additional non-executive director. All proposed directors would serve a two-year term if elected.
