THX Pharma stock declines more than 5% and falls back below €3.50 following its first-half results
The publication of first-half 2026 accounts, released on September 29, does not prevent the stock from retreating this Wednesday. The decline occurs as the Lyon-based biotech crosses a fundamental milestone: for the very first time since its creation in 2013, it records revenue on its balance sheet.
A pullback that brings the price below its short and medium-term moving averages
THX Pharma declines 5.53% during the session, to €3.33, thus erasing most of the weekly gain (the stock remains positive by 0.9% over seven days). The price falls back below the MA20, now at €3.51, with a gap of 5.13%, and remains significantly below the MA50 at €3.92, which is 17.7% above the current price. Only the MA200 at €3.27 provides support below current prices: the stock surpasses it by 1.83%, placing the technical support of €3.24 as the next concrete reference point.
The RSI at 46 remains neutral, with no oversold signal, while the MACD, with a slightly positive histogram at 0.04, hints at a timid easing of selling pressure from recent weeks. The high monthly volatility (22.47%) reminds us that this type of amplitude is typical for this security, whose stock is still up more than 51% over one year.
First historic revenue of €3.2 million, driven by the licensing agreement with Biocodex
The half-yearly report published on September 29 marks a turning point for the company: the first-half 2026 accounts show revenue of €3,239 thousand for the first time, compared to zero a year earlier. This shift stems directly from the licensing agreement signed in February 2026 with Biocodex laboratory: the upfront payment and the recharging of development costs for Batten-1 (the phase 3 trial targeting juvenile Batten disease, now entirely financed by Biocodex) transformed the group's revenue structure. Furthermore, the phase 3 trial authorization applications were submitted in early September to the American, British, and European regulators, and the European Patent Office granted a patent protecting Batten-1 until 2041. A Paris Forum (Investor Access) is scheduled for October 6, 2026, the company's next public meeting with investors.
