Tractial: its subsidiary PA-E ISO 27001 certified ahead of Approved Platform status
Tractial announced on 3 November 2026 that PA-E, a subsidiary of Ibexial dedicated to electronic invoicing infrastructure, has obtained ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This certification is part of the regulatory requirements imposed on operators wishing to become Approved Platforms. The group places this project in an area complementary to its payment and financial infrastructure activities.
A milestone that does not prejudge the DGFiP's decision
The certification covers PA-E's information security management system. It attests to the implementation of a framework designed to identify, control and monitor risks related to information security.
PA-E filed its registration application in August 2026 with the French Directorate General of Public Finances (DGFiP) and received confirmation that its file is under review, which remains ongoing.
The group describes obtaining the certification as a 'structuring step', while specifying that it does not prejudge either the DGFiP's decision or the fulfilment of the other necessary conditions.
This progress comes within the framework of the French electronic invoicing reform, which came into effect on 1 September 2026. A new deadline is scheduled for September 2027 for small and medium-sized enterprises and micro-enterprises to issue electronic invoices.
Invoicing and payment, a single journey according to Tractial
Tractial presents invoicing and payment as the stages of a single operational journey for businesses: issuing an invoice, collecting its payment, tracking its status and reconciling flows. According to the group, this convergence is in line with its positioning in 'Embedded Finance' and 'Fintech-as-a-Service'.
The distribution of roles is as follows: Tractial provides the regulated financial infrastructure and payment services, Ibexial develops the technologies enabling their integration into business software, and PA-E develops infrastructure dedicated to electronic invoicing.
The group specifies that this prospect, included in its strategy, remains subject to the necessary authorisations, agreements and developments, as well as to the commercial adoption of the services concerned.
