Embedded Finance: Commercial Rollout Prepared for 2027
The refocusing rests on two milestones. On March 17, 2026, Tractial filed an application with the AMF for authorization as a crypto-asset service provider (PSCA). On May 28, 2026, the group announced an agreement to launch a first pilot of its embedded finance offering with a SaaS platform aimed at businesses.
The company indicates it is preparing the commercial rollout of this offering in 2027, based on the results of this pilot. It plans to continue modernizing its payment infrastructure to prepare for its commercial growth.
The group also intends to continue the reorganization and refocusing of its historical activities deemed non-priority. It enters this phase with consolidated net cash of €3,032k at the end of the half-year, compared with €3,479k as of December 31, 2025.
