Vusion share extends rebound, +7.5% in one week following Australian contract
The Nanterre-based manufacturer of electronic shelf labels continues its rebound, supported by a fresh commercial announcement that expands its presence in the Pacific market. The stock's momentum fits within a slightly positive SBF 120, while the technical setup remains at a crossroads.
An agreement with JB Hi-Fi relaunches the stock after a week of hesitation
The Vusion share gains 1.94% to €126.10 in the session, following the announcement published this Tuesday of an extension of partnership with JB Hi-Fi. The agreement aims to equip the entire Australian network of the electronics distribution chain, after a rollout already completed in New Zealand. This rebound comes after a consolidation observed last week, with the stock losing ground at its MA50 on Friday, September 25 and by 3.5% on Thursday, September 24 following the surge of over 10% recorded following the half-year results. Over seven days, the share still shows a gain of nearly 7.8%, which illustrates the vigor of the post-results rebound despite last week's digestion. Upon publication of the first half of 2026 on September 21, the company had reiterated its annual targets, mentioning a first half "in line with its profitable growth objectives".
A MA50 to clearly overcome, with short positions still in the background
On a technical basis, the share is at the level of its MA50 at €126.47, with a near-zero gap of 0.29% below. It is precisely this threshold that had slowed the rebound on Friday, and its sustainability over time remains the main issue of the current configuration. The MA20 at €122.17 offers support, with the price having crossed it upwards and now standing 3.22% above. Conversely, the MA200 at €132.51 represents higher resistance, which the share has not yet been able to reach.
The RSI at 50 reflects a balance between buyers and sellers, without signals of exhaustion or overbought conditions. Moreover, according to filed declarations, six funds hold a combined net short position of 3.91% of capital, in slight decline of 0.08 percentage points over thirty days. This level remains above the threshold generally associated with notable institutional selling pressure, even if recent developments do not show an acceleration in bearish bets. Resistance at €135 constitutes the next upside benchmark on the horizon.
