Air France-KLM Renews Marjan Rintel's Mandate as Head of KLM
The Board of Directors of Air France-KLM has approved the renewal of Marjan Rintel's mandate as Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for a second four-year term.
Marjan Rintel will continue in her roles as Chairwoman of the Executive Board and CEO of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group. Her initial term, which began in July 2022, was set to conclude at the 2026 General Shareholders Meeting. The renewal, approved on February 2, 2026, extends for another four-year period. Marjan Rintel remains a member of the Executive Committee of the Group and reports directly to Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM.
