Crédit Agricole Immobilier has won the rental, technical, and accounting management of the residential real estate assets of the Social Protection Council for Independent Workers (CPSTI). This mandate complements the tertiary assets already managed since 2019.
Comprehensive Management of CPSTI's Residential Portfolio
Crédit Agricole Immobilier has secured the rental, technical, and accounting management of CPSTI's residential real estate portfolio. This mandate includes over 1,000 housing units and 78 shops across 35 buildings located within central Paris. This adds to the tertiary assets of CPSTI that have been managed by Crédit Agricole Immobilier since 2019, which include 14 buildings in Paris and 2 in the Île-de-France region, primarily consisting of office spaces.
Full Management of CPSTI's Real Estate Assets
The Property Management teams at Crédit Agricole Immobilier now manage the entirety of CPSTI's real estate assets, approximately 182,000 sqm. The company manages a total of 11,000 tertiary assets and 20,000 residential units on behalf of institutional clients and companies throughout France.
