Elior Group (Euronext Paris - ISIN: FR0011950732) completed the private placement of €150 million in additional senior bonds bearing an annual interest rate of 5.625% and maturing in 2030. These additional bonds are issued under the bond issuance agreement dated February 4, 2025, governing the existing senior bonds of the Company maturing in 2030. They have the same terms as the existing 2030 bonds, with which they will be assimilated to form a single class. The additional bonds will carry the same ISIN code and will be fungible with the existing 2030 bonds.

The gross proceeds from the issue, supplemented by part of the Company's cash reserves, will be used for: the repayment of senior bonds at 3.750% maturing in 2026 issued under a bond issuance deed dated July 2, 2021; the refinancing of certain amounts drawn under the existing revolving credit facility; and the payment of costs, commissions, and fees related to the issue. The issuance of the additional bonds is expected to take place on March 12, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank served as the sole placement agent.
