IEVA Group Rolls Out i-mirror Platform Across 130 L'Atelier du Sourcil Stores
IEVA Group announces the deployment of its digital platform, i-mirror, across all 130 L'Atelier du Sourcil boutiques. This rollout marks the first operational realization of the 'Beauty as a Service®' model and establishes a foundation of proprietary data for personalization and network management.
Complete Digitization of In-Store Customer Journey
The internally developed i-mirror platform structures each step of the beauty service through a business application on tablets. It integrates the management of client records, selection and monitoring of services, electronic consents with digital signature and identity verification, GDPR traceability, and archiving of before/after photos. Each in-store interaction now feeds into a structured database combining declarative data, operational data, and visual content.
This proprietary repository includes a complete history of services per client, evolving preferences and characteristics, time-stamped photos, and regulatory consents. The platform ensures uniform execution across all 130 outlets, from consent to photo archiving.
Foundations of a Scalable, Recurring Service Model
Beyond enhancing customer experience, i-mirror provides the Group with unprecedented granularity to manage its network: standardization of practices, compliance improvement, data centralization, and real-time visibility of in-store activities. This unified digital infrastructure facilitates the rollout of new services and forms a scalable foundation for the Group's expansion, both in France and internationally.
Jean-Michel Karam, CEO and founder of IEVA Group, states: 'The deployment of i-mirror across our 130 boutiques represents a critical step in the concrete implementation of our 'Beauty as a Service®' model. By digitizing and standardizing each service, we transform a traditionally individualized activity into a structured, traceable, and scalable service.'
