ING Hires Hilde Garssen (KPN) as Chief HR Officer Starting September 1, 2026
Hilde Garssen, Chief People Officer at KPN, will leave the Dutch group on September 1 to head the human resources at ING as Chief HR Officer. After seven and a half years at the telecommunications group, she will join the Management Board Banking of the financial giant.
Hilde Garssen will leave her position as Chief People Officer and member of the Board of Management at KPN on September 1, 2026. She joined the Dutch operator in December 2018 and has been on the management board since December 1, 2019.
At ING, she will take on the role of Chief HR Officer and become a member of the Management Board Banking, the banking subsidiary of the Dutch financial group.
