Axelle de Faÿ Takes Charge of Customer Experience
Axelle de Faÿ has been appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer at Sidetrade. She will be responsible for unifying the Customer Success, Professional Services, and IT Support functions under a single direction enhanced by AI agents. Axelle de Faÿ returns to Sidetrade after 13 years with the group, during which she structured the Consulting, Presales, Customer Success, and Professional Services functions. She also led Customer Success functions and large-scale transformation programs at Salesforce for over ten years.
Frédéric Dupont-Aldiolan to Lead Human Resources
Frédéric Dupont-Aldiolan becomes Chief Human Resources Officer at Sidetrade. His mission is to drive the organizational transformation of the company, redefine roles around the orchestration of AI agents, support the skill development of all teams, and establish governance frameworks for the deployment of AI agents on a large scale. Dupont-Aldiolan has spent 18 years within Sidetrade's operations, notably as Chief Services Officer, leading international deployments and teams of over 20 nationalities.
