According to the statement, Vallourec's Board of Directors has decided to convene a general meeting of share subscription warrant (BSA) holders on December 1, 2025, at 10 AM, at the company's headquarters in Meudon, France. The purpose of this meeting is to allow for the issuance of new or existing shares upon the exercise of the BSAs, whereas currently, the terms only provide for the issuance of existing shares.
