Actia Group: Revenue up 1% in first half of 2026, Aerospace and Energy offset Mobility decline

ACTIA Group reported on August 5, 2026 consolidated revenue of 269.0 million euros in the first half of 2026, up 1.0% year-on-year.

Behind this limited growth, a divergence in trajectory emerges between divisions: the momentum of Aerospace and Energy offsets the decline in Mobility, an activity that remains the group's leading contributor.

Actia Group: Revenue up 1% in first half of 2026, Aerospace and Energy offset Mobility decline

Aerospace and Energy offset Mobility decline

In the second quarter of 2026, ACTIA Group achieved revenue of 140.7 million euros, stable compared to the same period in 2025. Over the half-year, revenue reached 269.0 million euros, compared to 266.4 million euros a year earlier.

The Mobility division, which accounts for 69.0% of group sales in the second quarter compared to 74.0% a year earlier, declined 5.7% to 105.7 million euros. The Heavy-Duty segment fell 15.5% and Special Equipment declined 22.4%, in markets that the group describes as contrasted.

Conversely, Aerospace advanced 15.1% in the second quarter (43.1 million euros over the half-year, +18.2%) and Energy by 44.8% (20.4 million euros over the half-year, +29.8%). The Engineering division grew 7.0% in the quarter and 5.3% over the half-year.

The geographic breakdown highlights two opposing dynamics. In France, which represents 44.0% of half-year revenue, activity increased 6.5%, driven in particular by Aerospace and Energy.

Internationally, revenue declined 2.4% over the half-year, mainly due to the decline in certain Mobility segments, particularly Heavy-Duty and Special Equipment.

Within Mobility, the Rail segment accelerated 31.6% in the second quarter, driven by initial deliveries of contracts won after the health crisis, while Bus & Car consolidated its activity (-2.1%) and Light Vehicles grew 6.0%. The group indicates it anticipates a low point in 2026 for Mobility, followed by a recovery in 2027 thanks to multi-year contracts already secured.

Growth confirmed around 3% in 2026, target of 700 million euros in 2028

ACTIA Group confirmed its outlook for 2026, with revenue expected to grow modestly around 3% and the continuation of the operational performance improvement initiated in 2025.

The group indicates it remains vigilant regarding persistent tensions on certain electronic supply chain components (memory, PCB, semiconductors) and their potential impact on inventory levels and margins. The exceptional restructuring costs incurred in 2025 should, according to the group, bear fruit in the years to come.

Over the longer term, ACTIA Group targets 700 million euros in revenue in 2028, based on current volumes from its major mass-market customers and the production launch of new product families.
