ACTIA: Return to equilibrium in first half 2026, EBITDA up 77%
ACTIA Group published its first half 2026 financial statements on September 18, 2026. With revenue growth limited to +1.0%, the key highlight of the publication is the significant improvement in operating profitability and the return of net income to equilibrium, following a loss of 13.4 million euros a year earlier.
The ramp-up of the Aerospace and Energy divisions compensates for the decline in Mobility activity, which remains the top contributor to the Toulouse-based group's revenue.
Stable revenue at 269 million euros, driven by Aerospace and Energy
In the first half of 2026, consolidated revenue stood at 269.0 million euros, up +1.0%. The Mobility division declined by 5.0% to 204.8 million euros, continuing to face sluggish mass production markets.
This decline is offset by the Aerospace division (+18.2% to 43.1 million euros), the Energy division (+29.8% to 20.4 million euros) and Engineering Services (+5.3% to 19.8 million euros). In France, which represents 44.0% of half-year revenue, activity increased by +6.5%.
This evolution in the mix reflects the diversification strategy pursued by the group. At the end of June 2026, ACTIA has 3,860 employees, compared to 3,990 a year earlier.
EBITDA margin brought to 7.6%, all four divisions in positive territory
EBITDA reached 20.3 million euros, up +77.1% compared to 11.5 million euros in the first half of 2025, bringing the EBITDA margin from 4.3% to 7.6%. The group attributes this progress to efficiency and rationalization measures implemented since 2024 and accelerated in 2025.
Each of the four divisions now shows positive EBITDA. Mobility increased from 6.8 million euros to 10.7 million euros (+57.9%), Aerospace from 1.8 million euros to 4.5 million euros, Energy to 1.1 million euros compared to a level close to equilibrium, and Engineering Services from 3.8 million euros to 4.9 million euros.
Current operating income came in at +4.4 million euros, compared to -3.3 million euros a year earlier. Financial income improved to -1.7 million euros, compared to -11.0 million euros, benefiting from a +2.0 million euro impact from the fair value of currency hedging instruments. After a tax charge of 3.3 million euros, consolidated net income came in at -0.1 million euros, compared to -13.4 million euros at June 30, 2025, with the portion attributable to shareholders reaching +0.3 million euros.
2026 outlook confirmed and 700 million euro target in 2028
ACTIA Group confirms its 2026 outlook, with revenue expected to grow slightly, around +3%, and continued improvement in operating performance. The progressive production ramp-up of new product families supports the trajectory toward the 700 million euro revenue target in 2028.
The half-year was however marked by a working capital consumption of 12.4 million euros, linked to the increase in trade receivables and targeted rebuilding of raw material inventories in a context of tensions on certain electronic components. Free cash flow thus came in at -9.9 million euros, compared to +18.2 million euros in the first half of 2025.
At June 30, 2026, total financial debt declined to 199.5 million euros, compared to 211.9 million euros at the end of 2025, while net financial debt stood at 144.9 million euros, compared to 127.4 million euros at December 31, 2025 and 147.6 million euros at June 30, 2025. Cash and equivalents came to 54.6 million euros and gearing stood at 104.5%, compared to 110.1% a year earlier.
